Job summary

American Traveler is hiring an RN for a CVOR position specializing in vascular and endovascular procedures, requiring a CO/Compact RN license and ACLS/PALS certifications. The role operates in a CVOR unit with a day shift and occasional longer shifts, plus on-call duties and floating to General OR as needed.

Epic charting is used for documentation. Ideal candidates have 1+ year of endovascular/vascular experience and a current CO or Compact license with BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (CO or Compact) required.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Minimum 1 year of Endovascular/Vascular experience required.
• Epic charting experience required.
• General OR experience preferred to assist with other specialties.
• Trauma Level II experience preferred.
• Experience with procedures such as AAA repair, arteriovenous fistula repair, carotid endarterectomy, endovascular aneurysm repair, and femoral popliteal bypass graft required.

Responsibilities

• Work in the CVOR unit focused on vascular and endovascular procedures (no Cardiothoracic).
• Day shift schedule Monday through Friday 0630-1500, with potential for Sunday-Monday-Tuesday 0630-1900 shifts.
• On-call required 1-2 times per week.
• Floating to General OR required per unit needs.
• Uses Epic for charting.
