Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a CVOR travel nurse in Largo, FL. The RN will support a team of physicians and surgeons in a fast-paced, cardiothoracic OR environment, circulating and assisting as needed. Travel assignment for 13 weeks with 36 hours weekly, 12-hour days. Strong ACLS/BLS and 2+ years acute care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• 2 years or more of acute care experience.
• CVOR-specific experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional CVOR care during cardiothoracic procedures.
• Circulate for surgeries and assist physicians and staff as needed.
• Monitor vitals, meds, dressings, and aseptic technique.
• Coordinate OR activities and equipment readiness.

Education

RN license or compact license

ACLS certification

BLS certification
