Join a dedicated cardiovascular operating room team at LewisGale Medical Center in Salem, VA, for an enriching travel assignment. You’ll be responsible for supporting complex procedures such as CABG, thoracotomy, and valve replacements, working alongside experienced staff on the 2-bed CVOR unit. Expect to scrub into surgeries, assist with prepping and maintaining sterile fields, and collaborate closely with surgeons and OR staff during procedures. This role features daytime shifts, with the opportunity to experience the fast-paced environment of cardiac surgery in a hospital setting.
