Atlas MedStaff is seeking a skilled surgical professional for a 13-week travel assignment in Martinsburg, WV. You will join a specialized team focusing on cardiac, thoracic, and vascular cases, assisting with CABG, valve repairs, and robotic procedures in a fast-paced OR.

Shifts are daytime, with mandatory call including nights and weekends. This role offers exposure to open, robotic, and minimally invasive surgeries and requires collaboration with perioperative colleagues to ensure patient

Qualifications

• Experience in cardiac, thoracic, or vascular surgery preferred.
• Familiar with CABG, valve repairs, robotic-assisted procedures.
• Experience in OR care and perioperative teamwork is advantageous.

• Assist with complex cardiac/thoracic/vascular procedures in a high-acuity OR.
• Support the perioperative team to ensure patient safety and efficient case flow.

You’ll experience a fast-paced OR environment with a mix of open, robotic, and minimally invasive procedures. The schedule is primarily daytime shifts, with mandatory call responsibilities including nights and weekends, ensuring you’ll be integral to the team during critical moments. This assignment offers an opportunity to hone your skills in high-acuity surgeries while working within a collaborative perioperative team.
