Join a dedicated team as a Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Surgical Technician in Everett, Washington, for a 13-week contract. This position offers the chance to work with a fast-paced, high-volume surgical team handling around 55 cases daily. Your days will start early with 10-hour shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with at least 10 call shifts per month, giving you a real sense of the operating room rhythm and a few adrenaline rushes during call times. You’ll primarily focus on cardiothoracic surgeries such as CABG, AVR, MVR, and minimally invasive procedures, with opportunities to assist with general, laparoscopic, and advanced robotic cases. Flexibility and quick learning are key, as you’ll often float to general ORs and support complex cases with precision and professionalism. This role also invites first-timers with the right experience, making it a great chance to expand your skills in a vibrant surgical setting.
