Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking a CVOR Surgical Technologist in Newark, DE to support cardiovascular procedures. You will maintain a sterile field, prepare instruments, and assist the surgical team across patient populations on a day shift.

Requirements include a Surgical Technologist program graduate, a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of surgical tech experience, mandatory CVOR experience, and BCLS certification. A sign-on bonus of $15,000 is offered for qualified candidates.

Compensation:

• $52,000 – $71,557 (Without National Certification)
• $57,241 – $78,000 (With National Certification)

• Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
• Salary negotiable for candidates with strong CVOR experience

Schedule:

• Day Shift (Primarily)
• 4 × 10-hour shifts per week
• On-call required

Job Summary:

Certifications (Preferred/Applicable):

One of the following National Certifications:

• NBSTSA (CST)
• NCCT (TS-C)
