Piedmont Atlanta Hospital in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Surgical Technician to assist physicians during surgery in the OR across multiple specialties. You will perform technical tasks and some patient care duties under the direction of a Registered Nurse, serving as a resource within the surgical team.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, graduate of a Surgical Technology or LPN program, and meet certification requirements (BCLS, CST; GA LPN if applicable).

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; Surgical Tech or LPN program required.
• 3 years' experience with Surgical Tech certification required, or 10 years total surgical tech experience with degree substitution.
• BCLS certification required at hire; GA LPN license if applicable; CST certification required.

Responsabilités

• Assist surgeon in the OR across multiple specialties and support RN.
• Maintain surgical specialties and serve as a resource for the team.
