Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Cardiovascular OR RN for St. Mary’s Regional Hospital in Grand Junction, Colorado. You will join our surgical services team, collaborating with surgeons and anesthesiologists to deliver safe, high-quality care for patients undergoing cardiovascular procedures.

The position requires a BSN, a Colorado RN license (or compact), and applicable BLS (ACLS/NRP/PALS as needed). One year of Cardiothoracic nursing is highly preferred, with a 40-hour weekly schedule and

Qualifications

BSN from an accredited program.
Current Colorado RN license or compact license with ability to obtain Colorado RN license, required.
Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire (ACLS/NRP/PALS as appropriate).
At least one year of Cardiothoracic nursing experience in a comparable acute care/surgical services setting, highly preferred.

Assess a patient’s medical status upon admission.
Assist in developing individualized treatment plans.
