Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN preferred and graduation from an accredited nursing program.

• Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership in coordinating and delivering quality patient care.
• Utilizes the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) to guide care and teaching.
• Communicates pertinent patient/family information to the health care team.
• Participates in identifying and implementing solutions for variances from patient goals.
