Job summary

Mercy’s CVOR team at a Level I STEMI and Trauma Center is seeking a dedicated RN to deliver patient care using the nursing process. You will support both Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery, participate in open heart, vascular, and minimally invasive procedures, and work in a six-room OR with a hybrid option and peripheral vascular lab.

The role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus, day shift with call required, comprehensive benefits from day one, and training to perform circulating and scrub duties,

Qualifications

• Strongly prefer one year of RN experience.
• Nursing degree from an accredited school.
• Current Missouri RN license.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for patient care for assigned patients.
• Evaluates overall effectiveness of care provided by others.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality.
