Job summary

LanceSoft currently seeks a CVOR RN in Texas for a full-time role with a no-weekends schedule and day shifts. The position offers 10-hour or 12-hour shifts and operating hours from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with on-call pay and relocation/sign-on considerations on a case-by-case basis.

Required ADN, Texas RN license (or Multi-State), BLS/ACLS, and 1 year CVOR experience in acute care. Preferred BSN and CNOR certification. Cross-training into CVOR is possible for experienced OR nurses.

• At least 1 year of CVOR RN experience in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Typically 2-4 heart surgeries per day.
• More than 400 open-heart procedures annually.

Compensation

• Base pay: $38.03-$57.05/hour (based on experience)
• On-call pay: $5/hour
• Relocation assistance: Case-by-case
• Sign-on bonus: Case-by-case

Requirements

Required

Alternative Experience Path

• Experienced OR nurses with 3+ years of operating room experience may be considered and cross-trained into CVOR.

Call Requirements

• 1 weekend per month
• 3-4 weekdays per month
• Must live within approximately 30 minutes of the facility
