Job summary

Baptist Health Louisville is seeking a highly trained and experienced full-time Cardiovascular Registered Nurse to join our specialized CVOR team. You will contribute to high-acuity cardiovascular procedures and ensure patient safety throughout pre-, intra-, and post-operative care.

Our CVOR suites are equipped with state-of-the-art technology to support procedures such as CABG, valve repair/replacement, TAVR, TEVAR, and ECMO.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Kentucky registered nurse license.
• BCLS certification within 90 days of employment.
• CVOR experience required to support high-acuity procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct perioperative cardiovascular nursing care in the CVOR.
• Collaborate with surgeons, perfusionists and Scrub/RN team for complex cases.
• Monitor patient status and ensure safety throughout pre-, intra-, and post-operative care.
