LanceSoft is seeking an experienced CVOR Registered Nurse to join a specialized cardiovascular surgical team in the Houston area. This full-time, day-shift role offers a state-of-the-art CVOR environment supporting complex cardiac and vascular procedures while delivering exceptional patient care.

The ideal candidate will have CVOR experience or OR nursing with a willingness to cross‑train into cardiovascular surgery.

Qualifikationen

• ADN from an accredited program.
• Active Texas RN License or Multi-State Compact.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum 1 year CVOR RN experience in acute care.

Aufgaben

• Assess patients pre-operatively and ensure readiness for procedures.
• Verify informed consent and participate in time-out procedures.
• Maintain sterile technique and aseptic standards.
• Prepare patients and suites for CV and vascular procedures.
• Assist surgeons and teams during complex cardiac surgeries.
• Monitor patient safety throughout perioperative care.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and staff.
• Maintain documentation and patient records.
• Promote quality outcomes and patient-centered care.
• Demonstrate teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced OR.
