Job summary

Mercy’s CVOR team seeks a CVOR Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time day shift with call requirements in Missouri. The role supports cardiothoracic and vascular procedures across six operating rooms, including a hybrid OR and a peripheral vascular lab, with opportunities to train in circulating and scrub roles.

You will provide nursing care using the nursing process, coordinate patient care with other departments, and uphold patient rights and Mercy’s standards.

Qualifications

• Strongly prefer one year of RN experience in a surgical setting.
• Nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Current Missouri RN license and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains accountability for care of assigned patients.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality.
