Job summary

Mercy’s CVOR team in Missouri is seeking a dedicated RN to support adult cardiac surgery patients. You’ll use the nursing process, maintain patient rights and confidentiality, and coordinate care with cardiothoracic and vascular teams in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers training in circulating and scrub roles and a generous $10,000 sign-on bonus. We prefer an RN with one year of surgical or OR experience, Missouri license, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• One year of RN experience preferred.
• Nursing degree from an accredited school.
• Current Missouri RN license.
• BLS certification required.

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care and maintain accountability.
• Evaluates care effectiveness and coordinates patient care with other departments.
