Ascension Sacred Heart Pensacola in Pensacola, FL is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for the OR (CVOR preferred). The role includes scrub and circulating duties, assisting the surgeon with hemostasis, suturing and patient positioning, and preparing rooms and instruments.

Candidates must hold a Florida RN license, and ACLS/BLS certifications are welcomed. Previous CVOR experience is preferred; full-time daytime schedule offered with competitive benefits.

Formación

• Licensed Registered Nurse in Florida required.
• Previous CVOR experience preferred.
• ACLS certification welcomed.
• BLS certification required or expected.

Responsabilidades

• Perform scrub functions including selection and handling of instruments and supplies used during procedures.
• Perform circulating functions including monitoring patient condition and overall nursing care before, during and after procedures.
• Directly assist operating physician with hemostasis, suturing and wound exposure and patient positioning.
• Prepare operating rooms and surgical instruments and equipment for use.
