Job summary

Ardent Health Services in Tulsa, OK is seeking a day shift CVOR Registered Nurse (RN) to provide perioperative care for cardiac, thoracic and vascular patients. The Circulating RN will coordinate the intraoperative environment, maintain a sterile field and advocate for the patient throughout the surgical experience.

The role requires ADN or BSN, RN license, and at least 1 year of nursing experience, with BLS, ACLS and PALS credentials obtained within designated timelines.

Qualifications

ADN or BSN required.
Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
Oklahoma or multi-state RN license on hire.
BLS required within 14 days of hire/transfer.
ACLS within 30 days of hire.
PALS within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document perioperative nursing care for cardiac, thoracic and vascular patients.
Coordinate intraoperative environment as circulating nurse to ensure safe, high-quality care and advocate for the patient.
Demonstrate knowledge of complex cardiac, thoracic and vascular procedures and perioperative practice while adhering to policies and standards.
