Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing is required
• Current RN license in Florida or Compact State
• Minimum 2 years RN experience and 3+ years CVOR experience
• BLS/ACLS/NIHSS certifications; CNOR preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff RNs and other staff; plans workload for efficiency.
• Manages daily staffing, schedules, and call duties.
• Delegates patient care tasks based on competency and needs.
• Ensures logs and supplies are tracked and materials management is followed.
