Origin Travel Nurses is seeking a dedicated Certified Surgical Technologist for their Cardiovascular Operating Room in Lewisville, Texas. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hospital experience and a current Certified Surgical Technologist certification.

In this role, you will assist in surgical procedures, manage the sterile field, and ensure all instruments are accounted for. Comprehensive health benefits, a 401k plan with matching contributions, and additional perks are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of hospital experience and specialty in surgical field.
• Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification is required.
• Active Texas CST License (temporary licenses will not be accepted).
• BLS certification is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures by preparing and maintaining the sterile field.
• Ensure all surgical instruments are accounted for before and after procedures.
• Collaborate with nurses and surgeons to facilitate a smooth surgical process.
• Participate in the inventory and management of surgical supplies.
