American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cardiovascular ICU night shift in High Point, NC. The role requires a NC or compact RN license and strong ICU skills, with 12-hour nights and 36 hours per week.

The position is travel-based, offering benefits and a robust orientation, including Epic training. You will work with a supportive team to manage high-acuity cardiac and vascular patients in a community hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Active NC or compact RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of ICU experience required.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Proficiency with cardiac and hemodynamic monitoring, arterial lines, ventilator care, and CRRT.
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work in CVICU of a community hospital.
• 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
• Care for high acuity cardiac, vascular, and ICU patients with advanced monitors.
• RN to patient ratios 1:2 (ICU), 1:1 high acuity, 1:3/1:4 overflow.
• Float within critical care division or Intermediate Care.
