Baptist Health’s Bethesda Hospital, Boynton Beach, FL, seeks a Direct Patient Care RN for the Seasonal Nursing Pool. Work a 7:00 AM–7:30 PM shift, per diem, with three 12-hour shifts weekly and every other weekend, totaling 36 hours weekly.

Licensed RNs with 2+ years’ experience, FL eligibility, and BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP per unit are required. Temporary pool assignment offers varied duties and comprehensive teamwork across units.

Qualifications

• Minimum Required Experience: 2 years.
• ASN, Licensed Registered Nurse eligible to practice in FL; have BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certification by the AHA or American Red Cross.
