Job summary

Physicians Regional Medical Center - Pine Ridge is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Cardiovascular ICU on the night shift (7 PM–7 AM). The role provides patient-centered care using the nursing process, administering medications, and coordinating with physicians and the care team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Candidates should have 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations, hold a current RN license with BCLS CPR, and prefer ACLS, PALS, and NRP.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required
• Current RN license and BCLS CPR required
• ACLS, PALS and NRP preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process.

• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for side effects.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care.
• Respond to medical emergencies and participate in code team activities as appropriate.
• Document care thoroughly in the medical record.
