HSHS St. Vincent’s Hospital in Green Bay, WI seeks an RN for the Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU). The role is full-time, nights 7p–7a, with a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 for ICU/CVICU experience. Requires state RN licensure, BLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP per patient population; BSN preferred. Critical care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; RN license in state of practice required.
• BSN preferred.
• Critical Care Nursing experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS/PALS/NRP required based on patient population; CCRN/CEN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU).
• Monitor and manage post-surgical cardiac patients and cardiovascular diagnoses.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
