Qualifications

• Education: Nursing Diploma/ Associate's - NursingExperience

• Licenses & Certifications: RN
• Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.
• Promotes patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance; engages in professional development.
• Develops, implements, and documents plans of care with goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team.

Responsabilités

• Promotes patient and family centered care in a healing environment.
• Educates patients and families on illness management and home care needs.
• Participates in activities that promote patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
