Missouri Baptist Medical Center, part of BJC HealthCare, seeks a Registered Nurse for the Cardiovascular Recovery Unit in the St. Louis County area. This full-time night shift role offers the chance to work at the top of your license within a Magnet-designated hospital.

The RN ladder supports professional development, leadership, collaboration, and ongoing patient care excellence. A Nursing Diploma/Associate's is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred; RN licensure is mandatory.

Formación

• RN licensure in the United States.
• Nursing diploma or associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in critical care settings preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provides direct patient care including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Educates patients and families on illness, treatment, and home care needs.
• Promotes patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance; engages in professional development.
• Develops and documents care plans with the interprofessional team and patient/family.
• assesses and addresses physical, psychosocial, emotional, and cultural needs.
