Qualifications

• Associates Nursing or Diploma Nursing or Bachelors Nursing (preferred).
• ACLS/BLS certifications required on hire.
• Minimum 2 years direct patient care experience.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; able to work in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process in clinical care using evidence-based practice and coordinated team care.
• Provides patient-centered care that adapts to cultural diversity and population needs.
• Partners with patients and families through bedside shift reports and interdisciplinary rounds.
