Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking a CVICU Registered Nurse for night shift in Great Falls, MT. The RN will provide direct care in inpatient CVICU, manage advanced cardiac equipment, and collaborate with a dedicated care team to ensure patient safety and outcomes.

Qualifications include ADN with Montana RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, and ICU experience; BSN preferred. Competitive compensation and full benefits accompany a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Education: ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Licensure: active Montana RN license or compact/endorsement.
• Certifications: BLS & ACLS required; PALS within 6 months; TNCC/PALS preferred.
• Experience: post-graduate practice in advanced Med/Surg with ICU/Cardiac patients.
• Preferred: 1–2 years Cardiac Surgical ICU; familiarity with Impella, IABP, CRRT.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to cardiovascular inpatients from admission to discharge.
• Operate advanced cardiac equipment and life-support devices.
• Monitor patients with cardiac devices and CRRT as needed.
• Lead clinical team and coordinate with Providers and staff.
• Document patient status and outcomes accurately.
