NCH Healthcare System, Inc. in Naples, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse for the CVICU to independently plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care. You will provide direct patient care, participate in shared decision making, and assume teaching and leadership responsibilities with minimal supervision.

The position requires CVICU experience, FL RN licensure, and BLS/ACLS certifications. Expect a 12-hour day schedule and a stable full-time role within our CVICU unit.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months CVICU experience or immediate post-op care of open hearts.
• RN or APRN licensed in Florida.
• BSN strongly preferred.
• BLS certification required by American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• ACLS certification required by American Heart Association or ALS.
• Basic computer knowledge to operate a PC, create/save/print documents, input data.

Responsabilités

• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in CVICU per standards and procedures.
• Provide direct nursing care with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate leadership and participate in SDM and quality improvement activities.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and inter-professional team to ensure safe, effective care.
• Utilize monitoring equipment and EMR documentation as part of care.
