Responsibilities

• Participates in activities that promote patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Develops, implements, and documents individualized plans of care with defined goals in coordination with the care team.
• Uses nursing skills to assess and evaluate physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and cultural needs.
• This is a safety-sensitive position requiring constant alertness.
