Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Critical Care Intensivist to join USA Health Providence Hospital in Mobile, Alabama. This role is vital in managing postoperative cardiac and vascular surgery patients as part of a dedicated Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU).

Qualified candidates will demonstrate expertise in ECMO management and high-acuity critical care settings. The position offers competitive compensation, predictable scheduling, and a high quality of life in a coastal location.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in high-acuity surgical or cardiovascular critical care settings.
• Candidates from Anesthesia, Pulmonary, Surgical, and Emergency Medicine–Critical Care encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary critical care physician for postoperative cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgery patients.
• Manage complex, high-acuity patients following major heart surgeries and advanced vascular surgeries.
