Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise seeks a CNA/UAP to join the CVICU nursing team. The 10-bed unit cares for post-operative heart surgery patients and offers growth, training, and rapid development opportunities.

You will support clinical staff, perform nursing care services under licensed nurses, and contribute to patient comfort and safety in a fast-paced environment, while fostering teamwork and ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• Must hold Idaho CNA certification or complete Trinity Health Nursing Assistant Program.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required at hire unless ACLS/PALS already held.
• Experience in acute care setting preferred (6 months).

Responsibilities

• Assist clinical staff at unit level with clerical, receptionist and patient service tasks.
• Perform nursing care services and non-professional tasks under supervision of licensed nurses.
• Support care for patients across Neonate–Geriatric age groups as applicable.
