Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality, patient-centered care.
• Collaborates with management to monitor and evaluate nursing care quality.
• Acts as a resource person for staff and supports nursing initiatives and service recovery.
• Supports staffing decisions, scheduling, and labor productivity within units.
• Helps manage inventory and supplies within the unit.
