Job summary

Jabil in Florence, Kentucky is seeking a dedicated technician to remove and replace or reflow BGA components on the production line, supporting manufacturing throughput and quality.

You will visually analyze X-ray results to identify shorts or insufficient solder, follow Jabil workmanship standards, complete daily logs, and ensure safe handling and organized work areas.

Qualifications

• Must be able to calculate quantity of parts to be prepped and ready for use at any time.
• Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
