Support manufacturing in the removal, replacement, and reflow of ball-grid array components (BGA) as part of production line repair.

• Support manufacturing in the removal, replacement, and reflow of BGA components.
• Visually analyze x-ray images to identify circuit shorts or insufficient solder.
• Ensure work meets or exceeds Jabil workmanship standards and improve efficiency using the CIQ system.
• Complete daily logs and other required paperwork.
• Handle and mark assemblies properly.
• Follow Jabil’s repair techniques for all repairs.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Follow all safety, health, and security procedures as directed by supervisors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
