Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
• 2+ years owning/maintaining CVD/PECVD equipment in high-volume manufacturing.
• Experience handling hazardous chemicals and gases safely.

Responsibilities

• Install, qualify, maintain, and improve high-throughput PECVD equipment.
• Drive uptime for large-volume production with minimal downtime.
• Run experiments and analyze data to improve capacity and reduce variation.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs and spare parts.
• Lead root-cause analysis on equipment issues including vacuum and gas delivery.
• Collaborate with Process Engineers to implement new process requirements.
• Evaluate next-gen PECVD tools for 1 GW+ scale production.
• Work with vendors on equipment design improvements.
