Brookwood Baptist Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a full-time position in Homewood, Alabama. The role involves providing comprehensive patient care on the CV Step Down unit, working three 12-hour shifts from 7 am to 7 pm.

The ideal candidate will have a graduate nursing degree, possess a valid RN license, and be committed to delivering quality patient advocacy and care. Excellent benefits, including medical and educational support, are available from day one.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current State of Alabama RN license or valid NLC multistate RN license.
• Current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification is necessary.
• ACLS, NRP, PALS, and TNCC certification required for certain areas.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient needs and develops an individualized plan of care.
• Functions as a patient and family advocate.
• Documents patient care consistently meeting all standards.
