- Hillcrest Medical Center is a 656-bed hospital that includes The Alexander Burn Center, The Peggy V. Helmerich Women’s Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, the latest technology for cancer treatment, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute.
Responsibilities
- Utilize knowledge of nursing education and experience to deliver nursing care using the nursing process according to hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Respond to life-threatening situations with appropriate interventions.
- Practice in a Cardiac Cath Lab and/or Invasive Radiology environment through the application of theoretical knowledge and practical skills, including but not limited to cardiac pacing, hemodynamic monitoring, and mechanical ventilation.
- Organize patient care delivery by prioritizing, delegating, delivering, and evaluating on an ongoing basis.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience on cardiac floor or Critical Care Unit (ED, ICU)
- Current Oklahoma Registered Nursing license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certified
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certified
Preferred Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Five (5) years' experience on cardiac floor or Critical Care Unit (ED, ICU)
