Key Responsibilities
Conduct Cardiac MRI Procedures: Perform scheduled and emergency congenital cardiac MRI exams, ensuring appropriate technique, patient safety, and accurate imaging based on clinical indications.
Patient Assessment and Care Planning: Evaluate patients' physical and emotional status, communicate effectively with families, and tailor care plans to meet individual needs.
Equipment Operation and Quality Control: Select proper imaging equipment and parameters, report equipment malfunctions, and follow quality assurance protocols to ensure diagnostic accuracy.
Compliance and Operations Support: Maintain compliance with hospital policies (e.g., patient ID, HIPAA), assist with daily operations, and participate in departmental initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
Associate's degree in Allied Health required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience:
Radiologic Technologist with training in Diagnostic Radiology preferred.
License/Certification:
