Local Team Collaboration

Scheduling

• We offer various flexible scheduling options, including W2 or 1099.
• A full-time CV anesthesiologist's workload consists of:
  • Week 1:Daytime OR cases (Monday – Friday)
  • Week 2:Daytime OR cases (Monday through Friday) + home pager call (nights and weekends)
  • Week 3:No clinical obligations

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for a variety of complex cardiac procedures, including coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), valve replacements, arrhythmia surgeries, and other cardiac interventions.
• Work closely with a high-performing cardiac surgery team that works together to ensure the highest level of care for our patients.

Compensation

• Annual compensation between $550k – $585k
  • W2 & 1099 options available
  • Commencement bonus of up to $50K
