Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an automated manufacturing environment, preferably medical device.
• Previous Cutting Operator experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor team members to ensure compliance with manufacturing documentation and updates to SWIs.
• Direct and coordinate daily activities for the assigned work team to meet production goals.
• Facilitate and support training for associates within designated work areas.
• Ensure process documentation is accurate and properly handed off between shifts.
• Manage attendance reporting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with Production Leads and associates across shifts to share best practices and drive standardization.
