Arrow International, Inc. is seeking an entry-level trainee to cut product for Bingo Paper. In this hands-on role you will follow schedules, load the glue machine, and ensure a steady flow of product to the line on an 8-hour shift.

You will operate the cutter, perform basic preventative maintenance, observe safety rules, and report any equipment issues. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsabilidades

• Cut and load product into the glue machine from schedules and instructions.
• Maintain a consistent flow of product to the line.
• Maintain production rates of 8 hours at 200 CPH.
• Program the cutter and operate to make precise cuts as needed.
• Perform regular preventative maintenance on cutter and gluer.
• Report faulty equipment, defective material, or unsafe conditions to supervision.
• Follow safety rules and keep the work area neat and orderly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an entry-level trainee for cutting product for Bingo Paper.

Essential Job Functions:

• Work from production schedules, program instructions, written and verbal instructions.
• Cut and load product into the glue machine.
• Fully capable of maintaining a consistent flow of product to the line.
• Maintains production rates for 8 hours of 200 C.P.H.
• Program the cutter and operate to make precise cuts as needed
• Perform regular preventative maintenance on cutter and gluer.
• Exercise proper care in the use of tools, equipment and materials. Detect and report faulty equipment, defective material, improper operations and unusual conditions to supervision
• Observe all prescribed safety rules and regulations and maintain work area in a neat and orderly condition
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma / GED equivalent

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently lift material (up to 40 lbs.)
