As a Full-Time Cutter Operator, you will operate equipment needed to combine printed sheets into finished products such as books, magazines and catalogs. The full process includes cutting, folding, collating, gluing, stitching, trimming, wrapping, and finishing the product. This exciting position allows you to showcase your machine operating experience and make a real impact on our business. What You Need To Be Successful

To excel as a Cutter Operator within Modern Litho, you must possess a range of essential skills. This will include the ability to follow standard work methods and practice safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.

Knowledge And Skills Required For The Position Are

• 1-3 years of Machine operating experience required.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Appreciable physical effort or strain. Moderately heavy lifting (60 lbs.), pulling, and pushing activity. May include reaching and stooping. Constant standing (8 hrs.).
• Updates tickets when information is received and/or changed by customer
• Must be quality minded and pay attention to detail
• Work involves mental and visual attention
• Intermittent exposure to one or more unpleasant physical conditions, such as noise and odors. Hearing protection recommended.
