Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Cutter and Auto Stacker to achieve productivity standards, ensuring quality and minimal scrap.
• Manage performance, quality, and maintenance of Cutter and Auto Stacker.
• Follow all PPE & GMP policies.
• Train new candidates when needed.
• Ensure team safety.
• Set up upcoming dies, including prepping, re-knifing, and adjustments.
• Record job data accurately and input into systems.
• Coordinate with maintenance for rebuilds and PMs.
• Recognize die performance issues and request replacements.
• Operate forklift and clamp truck lifts.
• Maintain an audit-ready department.
• Guide team members as needed.
• Cover roles of Assistant Operators and Print Operator as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
