Responsibilities

• Process production inventory by issuing materials and recording transactions.
• Pull parts from inventory to support manufacturing operations.

• Enter inventory transactions into ERP with accuracy.
• Etch and maintain KanBan for incoming products and inventory control.
• Participate in monthly counts and reconciliation.
• Follow procedures with quality and inventory standards.
• Communicate with multiple departments to support requirements.
• Backup for cutter grading when trained.
• Attend meetings, training and development activities.

Job description

Detailed Description:

• Process production jobs by issuing materials and recording all related inventory transactions.
• Pull required parts and materials from inventory locations to support manufacturing operations.
• Load products into designated containers for consumption on the shop floor.
• Document all issued materials accurately and maintain complete transaction records.
• Enter inventory transactions into the ERP system with a high degree of accuracy.
• Etch and maintain the KanBan system for incoming products and inventory control.
• Participate in monthly inventory counts and inventory reconciliation activities.
• Follow work instructions and established procedures with strict adherence to quality and inventory standards.
• Maintain exceptional documentation and consistency in all inventory-related activities.
• Communicate effectively with multiple departments to support production and inventory requirements.
• Provide backup support for cutter grading activities when properly trained and authorized.
• Participate in all required meetings, training, and development activities.
• Ability to communicate, including the ability to read, write, and speak English and promptly follow verbal and written directions in English.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Additional Details:

This position operates in a manufacturing environment and requires working Monday through Friday with rotating weekend schedules. The PDC Cutter Issuer must maintain a strong focus on inventory accuracy, documentation, quality, and teamwork while supporting production operations and material availability throughout the facility.
