Job Description & Responsibilities

• Inspect cartons for defects and prepare them for shipment.
• Verify case labels and counts at the start of production.
• Pull samples for quality inspection and ensure proper folding and gluing.
• Identify last cases and non-conformities with appropriate markings.
• Assist in line clearance and maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Support the flat packing process and rework defective cartons.
• Follow all safety policies and wear PPE as required.
• Help maintain compliance with 5S and SQF standards and report food safety concerns.
• Work flexible hours as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Completion of cGMP and QOP training.
• Good vision, including passing color blindness tests.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and team skills.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Employees must stand, walk, reach, bend, kneel, lift, and perform other physical activities, including lifting up to 50 pounds. Vision and hearing requirements are specified, and work may involve moderate noise and proximity to moving mechanical parts.
