Reviews and cut orders to job specification. Ability to recognize grade, weight and size of paper. Transport products to storage.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

These are the functions an incumbent or applicant must be able to perform with or without a reasonable accommodation. This role is principally accountable for the following:

• Reviews orders daily for correct die number, stock and best sheet size
• Cut orders accurately and safely using PHP or AMC
• Make roll changes to AMC
• Track production; maintains finish product organized in staging area
• Achieve budgeted output levels per company standards
• Interface with supervisor and other shifts daily
• Adhere to all company safety rules, regulations and company policies
• Use pallet jack to retrieve stock and move finished product to manufacturing area
• Demonstrate ability to sort and segregate waste properly
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
• Be available for required overtime and weekend work

Physical Requirements & Environmental Conditions

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a continuous basis
• Ability to grasp, lift, bend, twist, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to stand and walk on concrete floor for duration of shift
• The production area is extremely loud with exposure to dust.
• Hearing protection and steel toe shoes required.
