Job summary

Closets by Design – Brighton, MI is seeking a detail‑oriented Cutlist Job Processor to join our Production team. If you enjoy turning designs into precise cutlists and collaborating with Sales, Production, and Installation, this role puts you at the center of our manufacturing process.

You’ll review sold designs, resolve questions quickly, prepare complete cutlists with machining requirements and upgrades, and submit packets on time.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented and accurate; quick to resolve questions
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn design tooling
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and data handling
• Typing skills preferred for data entry
• Positive, proactive, and eager to learn and improve

Responsibilities

• Review sold job designs for accuracy and compliance
• Resolve design-related questions quickly and professionally
• Prepare accurate cutlists including all parts, machining requirements, upgrades, accessories, and special-order items
• Complete and submit cutlist packets within timeline standards
• Support Sales, Production, and Installation teams as needed

• Identify opportunities to improve job processing and installation efficiency

Closets by Design is a national leader in custom home organization systems, and we’re looking for a Cutlist Job Processor to join our Production team. If you’re detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy, and enjoy problem‑solving, this role puts you at the center of our manufacturing and installation process.

What You’ll Do

• Review sold job designs for accuracy and compliance
