Matern Staffing is hiring a Machine Operator for a tile manufacturing facility in Doswell, VA. You’ll set up, operate, and monitor machinery to meet production goals and quality standards in a fast-paced team environment.

The role requires 2+ years of production experience, mechanical aptitude, and proficiency with precision measurement tools. Starting pay is $17-$19 per hour with a full-time schedule (Monday–Friday) and overtime/weekend availability.

This role is ideal for someone who possesses mechanical acuity combined with mathematical understanding and hands-on production experience.

Schedule:

What You'll Do:
