Job summary

Pro Resources is seeking a CTL Operator in Elkhart, IN for first shift. 7am-3pm with overtime as needed. OT hours would be 5am-3pm at $18.00/hr. This role involves operating a coil-fed Cut-to-Length panel and cross-training on packaging and pallet building.

Ideal candidates have sheet metal or coil-fed equipment experience, basic computer skills, and a willingness to work overtime, including occasional Saturdays. PPE required on day one is provided as needed.

• Flexibility in daily routine at work.

Pro Resources is currently seeking candidates to fill the role of CTL (Cut-to-Length) Operator for a company located in Elkhart, IN.

Shift and Compensation

1st shift: 7am-3pm + OT as needed. OT hours would be 5am-3pm $18.00/hr. (Straight-8 schedule with two paid 10min breaks and paid 20min lunch)

Primary Function

Operate coil fed Cut-to-Length panel cutting process as 1 of 2 operators; Cross-train simultaneously on packaging, pallet building and miscellaneous machine operations as required.

Key Skills & Attributes

• Sheet metal and/or coil fed equipment experience.


• Some computer experience (production entry or similar)


• Flexibility in daily routine at work


• Ability and willingness to work overtime (sometimes on Saturday)

Required PPE for 1st Day

• Safety-Toe Shoes


• Jeans/Uniform Pants or similar (no sweats or synthetics)


• Shirt with short or long sleeves (no sleeveless shirts)


• We will provide all other required PPE.
