Job summary

Pro Resources Inc. in Indiana (Elkhart) seeks a coil-fed Cut-to-Length operator for 1st shift, 7am-3pm, with overtime as needed. OT hours; 5am-3pm at $18.00/hr. This straight-8 schedule includes two 10-minute breaks and a 20-minute lunch.

Primary duties: operate the coil-fed Cut-to-Length panel, cross-train on packaging, pallet building and machinery. Some computer data entry is required, with occasional overtime on Saturdays. PPE is provided.

Qualifications

• Sheet metal and/or coil fed equipment experience.
• Some computer experience (production entry or similar).
• Flexibility in daily routine at work.
• Ability and willingness to work overtime (sometimes on Saturday).

Responsibilities

• Operate coil fed Cut-to-Length panel cutting process as 1 of 2 operators.
• Cross-train on packaging, pallet building and related machine operations.
• Perform production entry or similar computer tasks as required.
• Be flexible with daily routine and willing to work overtime including Saturdays.
• Work in a distributor/fabricator environment with aluminum and stainless-steel products.

Shift and Compensation

1st shift: 7am-3pm + OT as needed. OT hours would be 5am-3pm $18.00/hr. (Straight-8 schedule with two paid 10min breaks and paid 20min lunch)

Required PPE for 1st Day: Safety-Toe Shoes; Jeans/Uniform Pants or similar (no sweats or synthetics); Shirt with short or long sleeves (no sleeveless shirts); We will provide all other required PPE.
